Replacement Dwelling, Kenilworth

This project involved the demolition of an existing bungalow and its replacement with an extensive bespoke detached property. This was a traditional brick and block structure, but with hollow core precast concrete first floor, insulation and underfloor heating to the entire property. Externally windows were of colour coded aluminium with a 6.5m high entrance screen with two feature rooflights over to the full height entrance hallway. Internally the property was fitted out with oak internal doors, tiled floors throughout and feature floating oak & glass stairs. The rear section of the property was single storey with a fiberglass warm deck roof, a flat rooflight and glazed handrails to form a viewing terrace.
