This project involved the comprehensive extension and refurbishment of an existing bungalow, transforming it into a high-specification, contemporary home.

A key element of the design was the creation of a large open-plan kitchen and garden room, featuring vaulted ceilings and high-level glazed screening to maximise natural light and create a strong visual connection with the garden. The layout was reconfigured to include new bathrooms, a bespoke kitchen, a dedicated utility room, and all new floor finishes—with every detail completed to an exceptional standard.

Several curved internal walls were introduced, adding a sculptural quality to the interior and defining a unique and elegant flow through the living spaces. The entrance hallway was reimagined by removing the existing ceilings and extending the space vertically to form a vaulted entrance hall with feature lighting, creating a striking and welcoming first impression.

This project blends thoughtful spatial design with quality materials and craftsmanship, resulting in a stylish and highly functional modern home.
