This project involved the comprehensive renovation and reconfiguration of a substantial detached home, carefully planned in two phases to allow the clients to remain in residence throughout the duration of the works.

Phase 1 focused on the refurbishment of a single-storey section of the property. This included the creation of a spacious open-plan kitchen, bedrooms, and the installation of a modern family bathroom—providing immediate, functional upgrades to key living areas.

Phase 2 centred on a significant loft conversion, resulting in a luxurious master bedroom suite with generous proportions and bespoke features.

Across both phases, the remainder of the property was fully refurbished, including the installation of new bathrooms, updated flooring and decoration throughout —transforming the house into a modern and cohesive family home while retaining its original charm.
