The single-storey extension was designed to enhance the living space while remaining sympathetic to the character of the original farmhouse. A standout feature of the new garden room is the retained and exposed original external brick wall, which now forms a striking internal feature. The vaulted roof and ceiling add height and volume to the space, creating a light-filled and architecturally impressive interior. High-quality double-glazed metal-framed windows and doors were specified to complement the traditional aesthetic of the property, while also improving energy efficiency and durability.

The second phase involved the construction of a substantial detached garage, complete with upper-level storage. The structure was designed to blend seamlessly with the rural setting, offering practical functionality while maintaining visual harmony with the farmhouse and surrounding buildings.
